Activity
Gnanodaya International School conducted Karate activity as part of the academic year 2025–26 to help students develop fitness, discipline, and self-confidence.
Through guided training sessions, students learned basic karate techniques, body movements, balance, coordination, and self-defence skills. The activity encouraged them to stay focused, active, and confident while improving their physical strength and flexibility.
Karate also helped students understand the importance of discipline, respect, patience, and regular practice. It supported their overall personality development by building courage, concentration, and self-control.
