YOGA

Gnanodaya International School conducted Yoga activity as part of the academic year 2025–26 to promote physical fitness, mental calmness, and overall well-being among students.

Through guided yoga sessions, students practised basic asanas, breathing exercises, stretching, balance, and relaxation techniques. The activity helped them improve flexibility, concentration, posture, self-discipline, and inner calmness.

Yoga also encouraged students to develop healthy habits, patience, mindfulness, and better focus in their daily routine. It supported both physical and emotional development in a peaceful and positive way.

Overall, the Yoga activity was a valuable and refreshing experience that promoted health, focus, discipline, and holistic well-being among students.
